Our transformational, experiential programs in the W3 Academy seek to drive behavioral change that equips and empowers African women to succeed in their careers, businesses and life at different levels. Our programs include:
The World of Work: An introductory program for young women into the world of work, helping them understand the work landscape better within the context of a constantly evolving global economy. Through the program they learn about the different career options available and how to make the right career choices. They also learn how to access jobs and other opportunities, how to navigate expertly, and they gain the employability and soft skills needed to thrive.
Business Benefits: Our business programs equip women at different stages of business with the tools and resources they need to gain business advantages in order to succeed in challenging business environments.
Transformational Leadership: Everything starts and ends with leadership, which is why our transformational leadership program seeks to instill confidence and ability in women to lead, whether they are building a career, running a business or promoting social good in their communities.
Money Magnet: Financial independence is a critical factor of women empowerment which is why learning about money is important for African women. Our Money Magnet sessions teach women how to earn, retain and grow their money by utilizing time-tested financial wisdom and leveraging savings and investment opportunities available in their immediate environment and beyond.
Communicating for Influence: Being a strong communicator is a vital tool for anyone who wants to become a strong leader, create a successful career, a thriving business or drive impactful social movements. This program teaches women how to position themselves effectively, build a strong brand, share authentic stories and communicate effectively in order to motivate and inspire others to take action.
W3 Outreach: Our social outreach program gives women in the WWW community the opportunity to go into less privileged communities to provide practical assistance for women and young girls. Beyond regular monetary and food donations, the outreach will also be an act of service, helping those women to feel special on the day in fun, creative ways.
