Director

Motola Oyebanjo is an astute Communications and Public Relations professional. With experience spanning 20 years, she has been the image maker for several top-tier organizations across Africa, the Middle East, UK and beyond. She holds an MBA Degree in Media Leadership from the University of Cumbria UK, a B.Sc. Degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University Nigeria, a professional certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management UK and a professional certificate in Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School, USA. Most recently, Motola was Head, Corporate Affairs and Communications, Africa, Middle East, Turkey & Israel at Upfield; the largest plant-based consumer products company in the world. Prior to this, she served as Head Corporate Communications for Lafarge Africa, Head Strategic Communications and Media for Union Bank of Nigeria, Client Service Director for AerialView Communications, Head Corporate Communications for the British Council, and Internal Communications Manager for Unilever Nigeria. As an entrepreneur, Motola is a partner in ‘Ethnic Attitude’, an African art, fashion, and culture enterprise, and in ‘Aerial View’, an award winning, Marketing Communications firm. As a Communication Consultant, she has handled projects for organizations including the World Bank GEMS Project, the Australian Trade Commission, the United Kingdom Education Advisory Service, the Lagos State Government Nigeria, KIA, NISSAN, International Breweries, and several international Universities. Motola is known as a strong promoter of African development and a champion for gender equality. In 2018, she co-founded When Women Win, an initiative which equips women on the African continent to thrive in their careers, businesses, and lives. A second initiative, The School of Life, aims to provide access to the knowledge, skills, and opportunities that Africans, especially youths, need to succeed at work and in life.
