Win in Career
More women are looking for actionable ways to grow in their careers and overcome issues that have been seen as hindrances. We have also seen many organizations adopt more inclusive practices to allow women to thrive at work. The Win in Career track moves this narrative forward by helping more women achieve their career goals. Our career conferences, expos, networking series and training programs provide practical information and accessible resources for women on the African continent.
Win in Business
Research has shown that the percentage of female entrepreneurs in Africa continues to rise. While women are quite enterprising, there are gaps that prevent them from taking advantage of valuable opportunities to scale their businesses. The Win in Business track provides useful programs, tools, resources and opportunities for women to properly structure their businesses, develop competitive products and services, access funding and other collaboration opportunities including our Business Expos, training and networking events.
Win for You
At the center stage of the Win for You track is the woman herself – whether she wants to discover the world, grow her money, relax, have fun or learn life skills, she can access the information and opportunities she needs to live her best life. A key element of this track is our community of strong, intelligent women – the W3 Tribe – where we create a supportive and collaborative environment to learn, share, celebrate and grow together. Our WWW Connect hangouts also help women find a time and space to exhale, relax, recharge and be rejuvenated.
Win in School
This track is focused on young women finishing high school and in universities who are trying to figure out their plans for the future with so many distractions around. The importance of developing a strong personal vision, learning critical soft and leadership skills and staying focused at this stage of life cannot be overemphasized. The Win School track aims to provide much needed guidance and clarity on the road ahead, helping young women understand the world of work in a rapidly changing global environment, the choices they need to make and equipping them to build the right foundation for a successful life
Win in the Home
While there are women who want to thrive in a career or business, there are also those who have the home as their main priority. Whether as full time moms or working moms, women bring huge contributions to society. With the responsibility for managing the home still falling heavily on their shoulders, women continue to strive to get the right balance. The Win in the Home track will provide useful resources to support their current efforts while encouraging them to plan for the future. The WWW social outreach programs will also support women in the community and encourage others to create social good with like minded women through our community.
