Yinka Adebayo Bio

Yinka Adebayo has over 25 years of experience in Marketing Communications, with a key focus on advertising and media. He started his career with Promoserve Limited and worked with a few other Advertising Agencies, managing the accounts of several multinational clients like Pfizer International, Honda, NIIT, Tower Group, etc. before joining mediaReach OMD. His experience spans a wide range of industries including FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Automobile and Airline industries.

He has been a consistent high performer, winning awards and getting recognition in all the places he has worked, including mediaReach OMD, as the most dedicated and committed staff in these organizations. Yinka has delivered several papers on Advertising, Marketing, Negotiation, and the Entertainment Industry. He has supported several Media Organizations in their repackaging and repositioning efforts for growth and profitability. He has also championed several brand building initiatives via the creative and effective use of the media.

Yinka is a graduate of Mass Communication and also earned his MBA (Marketing) degree from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS). He is a Fellow of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), an Exco member, Media Independent Association of Nigeria (MIPAN), and a Faculty member of Alphabet Media Academy.

Yinka currently heads the Procurement arm of OMG WeCa business and is designated as Executive Director, Media Investment and Sponsorships.

He is happily married with four (4) children.
