The Transforming Nigerian Youths initiative intends to build a network of entrepreneurial and managerial change-makers, focusing on youths and women in Nigeria’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, with a particular focus on those in Lagos, Kano, and Kaduna states.

The Young Africa Works-Mastercard Foundation, in collaboration with the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University, is bringing this initiative to Nigeria.

In Lagos, Kano, and Kaduna states, EDC is partnering with the Foundation to develop the capacity of 40,000 MSMEs, with a special focus on agricultural and creative industries, particularly women-led companies. The training will be offered using EDC’s online platform.
