WIA Young Leaders 2023 program

WIA Young Leaders 2023

The WIA organization has teamed up with esteemed partners such as Dior, investment bank Lazard in France, Huawei Northern Africa – the leading digital player in Africa, KPMG France – an audit firm and consultancy, and TotalEnergies – a global multi-energy company, to launch the third installment of the WIA Young Leaders 2023 program. The program aims to empower and showcase talented young African women leaders who are poised to become prominent figures in driving economic growth across Africa. Following the success of its two previous editions, the WIA Young Leaders 2023 program will provide invaluable support to these future female leaders.

This year, 10 leaders will benefit from a tailor-made training program that will focus on women’s leadership and the skills of tomorrow. They will be supported by renowned mentors and will have the opportunity to live an immersive experience through a business trip in a world economic capital city. This trip will allow them to access a high-level professional network, be trained, meet experts from their sectors and benefit from high visibility at international events.
